一、Product introduction

Long chain LR3 insulin-like growth factor (LR3 IGF-1), a member of the insulin gene family, is structurally similar to insulin precursor proteins and has better growth-promoting effects, which can promote the division, migration and differentiation of most cells.

The Long chain LR3 insulin-like growth factor (LONG-R3 IGF-I) is an analogue of human IGF-I containing 83 amino acids. Compared to intact human IGF-I, there are 13 additional amino acid residues at the n-terminal. Of particular importance is that the third amino acid residue is replaced by the natural Glu with Arg (hence the name R3). Compared to natural human IGF-I, LR3 IGF-I greatly reduces its binding ability to human IGF-I binding proteins. The free concentration is higher, so the biological activity is significantly improved. In multinumber in vitro experiments, LR3 IGF-I showed good biological activity in the concentration range of 0.2-20 ng ml.
