Recombinant Trypsin

Source

Recombinant gene engineering production, E. coli expression.

Product Introduction

Trypsin is a serine proteinase that specifically cleaves arginine and lysine C-terminal peptide bonds. Recombinant porcine trypsin is produced by recombinant E. coli expression, and its amino acid sequence is completely identical to that of porcine trypsin from pancreatic sources. Recombinant porcine trypsin has the same enzymatic properties as animal-derived porcine trypsin and can be widely used in various biotechnology processes. Its activity is inhibited by serine protease inhibitors such as PMSF and metal ion chelating agents such as EDTA.
